BELINDA LISTER
Specialist Support Coordinator & Founder
My Connectability Support Services was founded by Belinda Lister, affectionately known as Belle.
Belle has a personal passion for helping people and making them feel safe and cared for. Belle has a lived experience of requiring support, rehabilitation, respite, after suffering a stroke many years ago. Her empathy when dealing with her clients is from a place of genuine experience and compassion.
Belle’s qualifications are impressive and extensive including a Diploma of Paramedical Sciences, Diploma of Government, Diploma of WH&S, Advanced Diploma of Human Resources, Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Business Management as well as a Diploma of Community Services.
With two decades of experience in front-line emergency health and front-line health management, Belle has supervised and mentored teams of up to 100 members.
Belle is definitely the person you want in your corner when it comes to health services, support, care and connection.
SARAH
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Support that’s real, heartfelt, and grounded in both experience and understanding. Sarah is a compassionate and experienced Support Coordinator who brings both professional expertise and lived insight to her role.
With a background in complex disability, aged care nursing, community services, and quality management, Sarah has a deep understanding of the NDIS and the challenges many families face in navigating it.
She also has extensive experience in SIL home management – including establishing new homes, supporting individuals with high and complex needs, and working closely with teams to create safe, stable environments where participants feel respected and at home.
Sarah is known for her calm, organised, and person-centred approach. She builds strong relationships with participants and their families, providing support that is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and a practical understanding of what matters most to each individual.
For Sarah, this work is more than just a job, it’s a genuine calling. She is passionate about empowering people to build their confidence, achieve their goals, and feel supported every step of the way.
DANIEL
SUPPORT WORKER
Daniel is a warm, open-minded, and imaginative support worker with over 10 years of experience in the sector. Known for his friendly nature and sense of humour, Daniel connects with people like an old friend, whether that means chatting over coffee or simply offering a calm, supportive presence.
He has worked with a wide range of individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, high behaviours, and acquired brain injuries (TBI/ABI). His experience spans children, teenagers, and young adults.
What sets Daniel apart is his lived experience, particularly with ADHD and autism – giving him a deep understanding, a logical approach, and a strong ability to adapt to each person’s needs.
Daniel is passionate about helping people gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to grow into their best selves. He believes support should be genuine, collaborative, and empowering , with just the right amount of curiosity and humour along the way.
GEORGIA
SUPPORT WORKER
Georgia brings a well-rounded background in aged care, disability support, and beauty therapy. She has hands-on experience supporting individuals with autism (particularly children), as well as complex disabilities, both in the community and within Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings.
With lived experience supporting her sisters with ASD and ADHD, Georgia brings empathy, insight, and a genuine passion for person-centred care.
She is committed to continuous learning and takes pride in delivering support that upholds dignity, confidence, and wellbeing.
MICHELE
SUPPORT WORKER
Michele is a dedicated and compassionate NDIS support worker with a strong focus on person centred care.
With experience supporting individuals with diverse physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, Michele is committed to promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation.
Known for her reliability, empathy, and excellent communication skills, Michele builds strong, trusting relationships with participants and their families while delivering safe, respectful, and empowering support.
EVE
SUPPORT WORKER
Eve is a warm, attentive support worker who believes that great support is built on genuine connection and trust. With a background in beauty, she understands how important it is to listen carefully, respect each person’s unique needs, and create moments where they feel truly seen and valued.
She believes in taking the time to get to know each person and cherishes the small, meaningful interactions that make people smile. For Eve, support is about respect, empathy, and working together to created positive experiences that help people to feel comfortable and at ease in her care.
